We draw your child as a character
As soon as you pick an art style, your child is drawn as a storybook character. This portrait is the reference for every page, so they look the same from start to finish.

The cover is drawn while you answer
Choose a world and an adventure and the cover starts. By the time you’ve picked a helper, a favourite animal and a lesson, it’s usually ready.

The story is written for their age
A 15-scene story with a beginning, a big problem, a brave moment and a cosy ending, with the number of words per page set by their age.

You see it, then decide
Your cover, the title and the first page appear before checkout. Choose digital, paperback or hardcover, or close the tab and pay nothing.

All 15 pictures are drawn and checked
Pages are drawn five at a time. Each one is checked for likeness, stray text, extra fingers and borders, and redrawn if it fails. Most books are done in about ten minutes.

Read online with read-aloud narration, download the PDF, share a link with family. Printed books go to press within a day and are posted with tracking.

How does a personalised picture book from a photo work?
You add one clear photo of your child and answer a few fun questions: their name, age, favourite things and the adventure. We draw your child as the hero of a 32-page illustrated story, keeping their face, hair and skin tone recognisable on every page.
Can I see the book before I pay?
Yes. Your child’s cover and the first page of the story are made while you answer the questions, usually in under a minute, and you see them before checkout. You only pay if you love it.
How long does it take?
The digital book is usually ready about 10 minutes after you order. Printed books take 3 to 5 working days to print, then 3 to 7 days to post in the UK and US.
How much does it cost?
The digital book is $14.99. A printed paperback is $34.99 and a hardcover is $44.99, both with shipping and the digital book included. Every extra book for your family is 20% off.
What age is it for?
Ages 2 to 8. The story length changes with age: short, rhythmic lines for toddlers and longer pages for confident readers.
What if a picture isn’t right?
Every book includes 3 free picture redraws and 3 free text rewrites. Tap the page, say what to change, and it is redrawn in about a minute.
What happens to my child’s photo?
It is only used to draw your book. It is never shared, sold or used to train AI, and we delete it within 60 days. Unfinished books and their photos are deleted after 30 days.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes. Add a dedication and a "from" line, ship the printed book straight to the child, or send the online book link to their family.
