A picture isn’t right
Every picture is checked before you see it, but if one still looks wrong, tell us the book and the page. We fix or remake it. A screenshot helps.
Where is my printed book?
Printed books take 3 to 5 working days to print, then 3 to 7 days to post in the UK and US. Tracking appears on your book page once it ships. If it arrives damaged or with a printing fault, send us a photo within 30 days and we will reprint it free (see our terms).
Your child’s photo and data
Photos are deleted within 60 days of your book being finished, and unordered books after 30 days. To have everything deleted sooner, or to ask for a copy of your data, email us; the details are in our privacy policy.
Before you order
Most questions are answered on how it works and pricing, and you can read example books page by page.
