Your book
Each book is made specially from your photo and answers using AI. Pictures are illustrations, not photographs, and small variations between pages are normal. You see the cover and first page before paying.
Fixes and refunds
Every book includes 3 free picture redraws and 3 free text rewrites. If something is still wrong, email us and we will fix or remake it. Because a digital book is made and delivered to you straight away, you agree when ordering that the 14-day cancellation period ends once it is delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights if a book is faulty.
Printed books
Printed books are made by our print partner and posted with tracking. If a book arrives damaged or with a printing fault, send us a photo within 30 days and we will reprint it free.
Photos and content
Only upload photos you have the right to use, and of children only if you are their parent or guardian or have permission. Don’t upload anything unlawful or harmful. You may use your book for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may share it with family and friends.
Legacy credits
Credits bought under our earlier 5-book bundle remain valid until their original expiry date and are redeemed for digital books.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
