When to order
Order printed copies by early December to be safe, as printers and posties are busiest in the run-up to Christmas. After that, the digital book is ready in about ten minutes and can be printed later.

Printed books take 3 to 5 working days to print and then 3 to 7 days to post in the UK and US, so order by early December. The digital book is ready about ten minutes after ordering.
